Appointment Terms & Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge to your card on file for 50% of the service fee. Cancellations or reschedules on the day of the appointment will be charged in full. Please be aware that if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment. Time-based service starts when the appointment begins and not upon the client's arrival.
COVID-19 Disclaimer:
If you feel sick, have any symptoms of COVID-19, or you might have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, then please reschedule your appointment and keep your beautiful self at home.
Adjustments and Refund Policy:
If you find you are not 100% satisfied with your service, we will make adjustments to your hair within 7 days of your last appointment. Please be advised that if you change your mind on the type of service you are booking for or deduct a service, you will still be responsible to pay for the amount you booked for. Please note that we do not offer complimentary services as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color. Under no circumstances will any refunds, payments or portion thereof for any salon services rendered be granted. Only service animals are allowed on the premises.
Photo and Video Consent:
By receiving services at our salon, you acknowledge that we may need to take photos or record video during your visit. If you prefer to opt out, please contact your hair artist.
